First, they have done great work. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.
Second, we had a series of obstacles to getting this system certified in time to meet a T.V.A. deadline for my "Buy Back" contract, but they went above and beyond to make it happen.
Third, they system is working well. It has been on three days in mid-December, but despite the short daylight hours and a lot of electricity usage for hot water and loads of clothes, we have only used 10 Kwh over this time.
