We saw this installer installing at a neighbor's home and we initiated the process right then and there. They sent over a very knowledgeable sales person who walked us through what the entire process would entail. He answered endless questions that we had about every sort of risk and problem that might come up. He was very responsive via email and telephone. We received a thorough explanation of the State and Federal subsidies available and how the installation can be financed. They made sure we thoroughly understood everything. The company also handled the entire village permitting process. We had absolutely nothing to do with it!! After that process was completed--about 2-3 months--they got right down to the installation which was done in 2-3 days. They then handled the entire process that had to do with the connection with the electric company and distribution. Even now they still answer questions that come up.
