With electricity rates going up the roof, I decided to look at solar power for our new home. I received quotes from other solar power providers, such as Solar City, Verengo, and other leading companies... And.... I must say that Horizon Solar not only offered the better deal, their customer service is by far is superior...
My Horizon Solar energy consultant, Erik Lingren, answered all of my questions (I asked a lot), but most importantly, showed empathy and sincerely wanted to help.. Therefore, I committed with Horizon. I read the negative reviews, but I am not sure what they are talking about... Erik has been very respectful and has made me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the best solar energy provider....
Great customer service goes a long way for me.... If every solar energy consultant is anything like Erik Lingren at Horizon, I will refer all of my friends and family there.
