These incompetent fools wasted so much of my time. First they gave me an approved panel layout, and then later said they couldn't do it. They gave me a generic email canceling my order and no one had the professionalism or courtesy to explain what was wrong. I emailed my project manager but they never responded. It was also impossible to get my deposit refunded which they promised in the email. After calling Tesla multiple times to get the refund, I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
