We had a ground based system installed a few months ago. Our electric bill is $9.62 - the basic charge from Black HIlls. I am pleased with the system overall. Both Matt and Rachel were great! The negative was the landscaping crew's work to repair our yard. I had to stop them 1/2 way through, redo all of the work and finish it myself. Steel City Solar did supply the rock and fabric but I was promised I would be 100% satisfied with the job.... read more
