Rising Sun has installed inferior failing switch which failed in a few months, then failed to show for replacement after previous problems. I wrote , in error an unfavorable earlier review. I now retract it & advise all to seek another choice. I am a retired RN who helped Hawaii's babies & children by saving their lives & healing them, so am responsible, so you know I am not a flake.
