Although the install went smoothly (no one on the crew had very much time with Astrum), the subsequent customer service for the multiple failed microinverters has been dismal. I am currently still waiting for a response to multiple emails about yet another failed microinverter. My next step may have to be a certified letter from my lawyer to get their attention.... read more
