I had a proposal with another solar installer. The representative was too pushy for my liking. I then contacted Wes at Evoke Solar. He was very courteous and easy going. He did not come across as the overly persuasive salesman; but rather as someone who wanted to truly answer my questions and give me an education on solar panels and installation. After my initial consultation with Wes I did have some questions which he very adequately answered for me. He is easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. His staff is also very helpful and down to earth. I believe they truly care about their customers. After deciding to move forward with Evoke, the process was handled by Evoke with accuracy and in a timely manner always keeping me abreast of the next steps, etc. By late January things were moving forward quickly. On the scheduled date in early February the installation was completed. I believe 3 days later I was approved by an inspector and began keeping in tandem with PPL.
