AMECO Solar & Roofing

Once my wife and I made the decision to invest in solar I did a lot of research on various system types and solar companies. After calling several companies and having two give us estimates at the house, Ameco was the most professional from my first contact from the secretary to John our salesman.
John came to the house to answer our questions and concerns and did not pressure us into making a decision that evening- very low key which was greatly appreciated.
I called John multiple times in the evening with additional questions and he always returned my calls that same evening. He even brought a plain aluminum frame panel and put it on our roof so we could see how it would look against our roof color before we finalized our decision on our panels.
Their installation crew was on time on the installation date and was also very professional and accommodated my conduit routing request which was a little different than their original plan.
Amoco's engineering and design was spot on with sizing our system; as our system was installed in late May 2013 and we still received almost $60 from So.Cal Edison even though we missed nearly five months of production that calendar year.
David, their general manager handled all of the required HOA approvals & city permits and was great to deal with.
I would HIGHLY recommend Ameco Solar for anyone considering a solar system.... read more
