Every Cosmic Solar representative was outstanding, from the sales team, to the installers, to the field rep, to the office staff! The installers had to make a couple changes to adjust for the roof install and the Solatube placement, and each installer had a can-do attitude about the changes. The electrical portion of the install was done professionally, and exhibited good attention to detail. The job required coordination between the solar installer and roofers, which caused a slight delay, perhaps not on Solar's part. At the end of the project, I received a packet with the full set of permits, warranties, and technical info.
