My husband has been wanting solar for a really long time and I was extremely hesitant after doing a lot of research online and seeing some horrifying reviews. My husband chose to book appts with a few different companies and we actually met with 3 prior to deciding on EHS. Myself and my husband really weren't fond of how pushy and sales-y that the other companies salesmen were, until we met Steve. Steve came to our home and made us feel SO COMFORTABLE and explained any and every little question that we had. We agreed to move forward and get solar on our home and he truly stayed with us every step of the way. I was honestly still extremely nervous after we signed and it wasnt until I really started to see that Steve was always keeping us in the loop and STILL answering any questions myself or my husband had within minutes of a text sent. We have recommended plenty of friends and family and even neighbors who asked about our panels! Steve did an incredible job explaining all of our different options in solar panel choices (I honestly wasnt even prepared to pick out a solar panel! Didnt know that was even apart of the process! Thank god for Steve!) out of all of the panels that Steve showed us, these definitely LOOKED the best, and that was all that I could focus on from that point. My husband has done his research on panel types and performance on top of the fact that he was dead set on ONLY choosing panels that had a good warranty. Our LG panels have 25 years product and performance warranty which was everything we needed along with the amazing aesthetic as an added bonus!... read more
