We purchased our solar system in 2015 right before the state tax credits where due to expire. When we submitted the paperwork to the state we where rejected because the paperwork provided by the installer was incomplete. When we contacted the installer they said they no longer did solar and come to find out a lot of companies did the same after the tax credit expiration. Luckily for us a friend recommended Raji Mugrabi with Bayou Solar and he walked us through getting our tax credit money back and since then on several occasions has helped with minor maintenance since then. Its sad that the tax credit expiration shut down nearly 200 installers in Louisiana but thank god a few of them stayed around to help people out like Bayou Solar has.... read more
