When the salesperson pitched this to me I was assured that it would cover 70-80% of my usage. Now that the system is up it is only capable of producing 40% of my usage based on THEIR OWN assessment of it. I noticed this before the system was 100% complete, contacted them and while they said they were trying to figure out how they were going to fix it they funded the loan (took my money). After weeks of totally ignoring me they finally called and told me that in order to fix their oversight they would sell me more panels. This whole process has been geared at misleading the customer, now I am stuck with a payment that will NEVER be covered by the production of the system even in best summer months. $23,600 for a system that will produce 10-40% at best of my yearly usage.
