I had panels installed on my home. The installation team was great, they arrived on time, were polite and professional and overall did a great job. The office, on the other hand, they should all resign. I have called MULTIPLE times trying to get service done on my system (it hasn't worked from the start), they have told me they would get a service scheduled, then never called me back (even though I've been promised a call-back many times). I have been kicked to the side and am VERY close to seeking legal advice on getting as much as my money back. As far as I can tell from this first 3 months with their system, they might as well be a scam. $26,000 down the drain. VERY disappointed, 0/5 stars.
