After at least 9 months of miserable customer service from your company, with ignored requests for my rebate check and broken promises, I am finally thrilled to have found the help I so desperately needed through the efforts of Shakeya Heath. This employee patiently listened to me vent my frustrations, explained what she could do for me and then actually followed through. I am so very appreciative of her efforts as I need these funds to pay my property taxes by months end. My sales person was Miles Murry who told me this check should reach me within about 6 weeks and it is now one year past that point. I was supposed to be able to use those funds when I refinanced the loan from Green Sky but that did not happen. It truly has caused me financial hardship.
