We can't begin to tell you how great this company is. We bought an off-the-grid home a year and a half ago. Being complete novices in that regards, Solar Plexus has been there everytime we needed them. Starting with their initial inspection of the system, we were able to negotiate a credit on the purchase price of the house. Since then, we've learned immensely from them, as they never hesitate to answer questions (without charging) and even assist us in becoming more self-sufficient and so saving money in service calls. They always outline numerous options, stating pro and cons of each. Often, ttheir recommendation is NOT the most expensive one. They are very responsive making us feel like the most important customer they have, when in fact we are very small. You can't go wrong with this company.... read more
