We had a great experience with the sales, HOA support, and installation teams. However, on installation day, the team discovered and brought to our attention that the design team had made a major error in size of roof panel area, planning for 18 panels, whereas the roof could only accommodate 14. This resulted in an estimated 20% reduction in energy capacity. We immediately worked with the head of installation operations and others to amend the contract accordingly.
