I reached out to Solar Ray on their website and received a call back from Mustafa in Sales. I had been researching systems and decided against one when I discovered that PV Systems have to go offline if the grid is offline and you are unable to use the panels until power is restored. I called Solar Ray because I heard they had SMA Sunny Boy inverters that allowed you to use up to 2000kw on solar panels if the power went out during the day. Mustafa was very professional and met us with all the information. He answered all my questions and they came in a few thousand cheaper than another local company who could not offer the SMC inverters. Financing was seamless, the install was completed in one day after the paperwork was completed and I had an issue with the wireless setup on one of the inverters that they fixed the same day. The whole team was knowledgeable and professional. My bill dropped as I was told and the system has been completely stable. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and am very pleased with the results. My last electric bill was $41.00 when I typlically pay $250 in the same month.... read more
