SunPower

-Bought a large system from Sunpower in 2010. Was very happy with the product, installation, etc. Had some minor issues with the monitoring. They were quick to help me fix it remotely.
-Then I had a significant problem in 2017...lost over 1/3 of my production in April right before the summer season. I called Sunpower before they noticed production was down. They will often call after 2 weeks of a noticeable difference.
-They told me they would get it fixed usually within 90 days which was discouraging as that is the entire summer season.
-Long story short, it is 7 months later and still not fixed after me calling every few weeks for updates, progress, status. EVERY call I made they told me we will escalate this situation. It took them 6 months just to fix the monitoring system. Finally that is done. I have asked for a supervisor to call. All I get is customer service people who tell me the same thing over and over again...we know the problem, our team is reviewing it, we will get back to you in 3-5 business days. It NEVER has happened. I have received one email in 7 months!
-This company is the absolute WORST when it comes to customer service.
-There are so many other solar companies. DO NOT go with Sunpower if you like things fixed when they break.
