Circle L Solar

We chose Circle L for our solar installation because of it's long history. We were completely satisfied with the salesman, workmen who did the much-needed weatherizing to our home, and the solar installers. However, Circle L does not respond to follow-up questions. I e-mailed the contact for their energy savings program several times over a couple of months before I received a kick-back e-mail which seems to indicate she no longer works there. I then e-mailed their general e-mail address for the energy savings program a couple of times over a few weeks, still getting no response. I finally called the office and was told to e-mail their billing e-mail address. I did this; and, after a couple of months, I still have had no one respond to my questions and concerns. We spent thousands of dollars on our system; and, even with all the weatherizing of the house, our electric bill has only been reduced about 50%. I'd like to know if we need to trim trees or add more panels or if the system isn't working properly, but it looks like I'll have to contact another solar company to get those answers.... read more
