1. Sales process was awesome. I asked a million questions and I got accurate answers promptly.
2. Advice was given when asked for and I found their advice to be sound.
3. Job started on time. Most delays were caused by Hernando County, but follow-up was somewhat slow.
4. Price seems good for the size and location of the system installed.
5. Panels work great, but one of the inverters did not work properly. It was replaced.
6. Installation was mostly neat and secure.
7. EVERYONE I spoke with was professional, polite and knowledgeable.
8. System was installed in November, 2017, but there was little-to-no follow-up to see if the system was working properly. Partly my fault because I did not know what to expect. In November, 2018, the system was corrected and seems to be working okay. I was reimbursed for the first year's payments, one power bill, and was provided with an additional power circuit (awesome!) for my trouble.
