We have been using S:Flex for some time time now. It is got to be simply the best product we have ever worked with. With our installed capacity of over 180Mw of renewable energy we feel that we have a good idea on what makes a good product. The technical support and design services is very good, one phone call and you get a real person that answers the phone. The turnaround on order are quick and they are receptive installer input to improve the product line up. The system is simple and so fast to install. We have been using ET Solar just recently. We love quality of product and customer service they offer on DC and AC modules. We enjoy the quality they have to offer and has a great warranty. We love the AC modules(SoalrBridge Partner) and predominantly use them. With our installed capacity of over 180Mw of renewable energy we feel that we have a good idea on what makes a good product. The technical support is knowledgeable and responsive and great sales model. Purchasing is smooth and sales rep interaction is good with excellent volume of product available. Their continued effort for product improvements certainly show. ET Solar is certainly on track to become our number one module line up. We use or would recommend and continue to use them in the future is for certain.... read more

We have been using Mage for over 3 years now. We love quality of product and customer service they offer on DC and AC modules. We enjoy the quality Germany has to offer and has a great warranty. With our installed capacity of over 180Mw of renewable energy we feel that we have a good idea on what makes a good product. The technical support is knowledgeable and responsive. Purchasing is smooth and sales rep interaction is good. The monitoring is very good and the company works with the installer to continue to improve the product line up. Their continued effort for product improvements certainly show. Mage is certainly the best module producer in our eyes. We use or would recommend and continue to use them in the future.... read more

We have been using SMA for over 3 years now. We love quality of product and customer service they offer on string inverters. We enjoy the light weight, tightly packed units. With our installed capacity of over 180Mw of renewable energy we feel that we have a good idea on what makes a good product. The technical support is knowledgeable and responsive. The monitoring is very good and the company works with the installer to continue to improve the product line up and provide educational opportunities to them. Their continued effort for product improvements certainly show. SMA is certainly a string inverter partner we use or would recommend and continue to us in the future on DC systems.... read more

The technical support is knowledgeable, however the response time to trouble tickets are a bit more than an integrator would like to see. The monitoring is very good and the company works with the installer to continue to improve the product line up. Their continued effort for product improvements certainly show. The monitoring is very good and the company works with the installer to continue to improve the product line up. The system is simple and so fast to install.
