Our 27 panel system was installed in 2015.
Deeply regret that we did not know we would need to rely on our warranty within 3 years of install. We are now going nowhere, the system monitoring says 8-10 panels have error messages. Original installer doesn't pick up the phone, customer service is a nightmare- You decide if you want to take this type of risk with a fancy panel that has issues. And then when you need a REAL customer service to actually implement a site visit - solution, they "can't. " You decide.... read more
