Envirosolar (out of business)

My frustration with Envirosolar has finally hit my limit. At this point, I would Never Reccomend this Company to anyone considering Solar. To be fair, the salesman was very nice & answered all of our questions & came back to check the installation & operation of the panels when he thought The installation was complete. Ours was a large installation of 84 panels. When he came out, one panel was not working & they were 4 Panels short. That was the beginning of the problems. This was back in August. Nothing happened so I contacted my Salesperson & he did answer my call while he was in Europe & said he would get it taken care of ASAP. Nothing happened so I did have some conversations with one of the trouble shooters. At some point Perdanalas Electric Co. did come out & inspect the system that was there & gave Enviosolar the go ahead to start the system up. I was called, again explained the missing panels but was walked thru the process of activating the system anyway. This large installation required 2 inverters. During the startup, one of the inverters did not show the light or lights to indicate that the system was working. This problem was noted & a work order to get it checked was initiated. Again nothing! Then I got a call from a woman who was supposed to get my concerns addressed & make sure a workorder was in the works. Nothing happened again. I called again to. complain again about the lack of action & to voice my frustration as this has drug on for so long. Apparently, during the interim, the woman Who was working on my issues was transferred & according to my new Guy, didn't leave any notes on my concerns or workorders. This time I got a call from a Guy who had been assigned to help resolve my issues & get someone out here. At this point, he asked if I had made any payments on the system, and I had not. He PROMISED he would call me everyday until this was resolved. This was about a week ago & I have not heard back from him since that call. This morning, my bank contacted me about a draw that came In involving this system. I told them to deny the draw. If my credit is negatively effected because I refused payment for an incomplete Solar System, then I will take other action against Envirosolar.
