Mark and Dara are great. They were very professional and compassionate. The process went smooth. In Nov. 2013 my family was left without hot water and heat when the boiler for our oil busted. We were in the process of getting solar water anyhow but it would not be ready for installation for a few more weeks. As soon as Mark and Dara found out they immediately ordered the hot water tank and installed it right away so that I would have electric hot water until the full solar installation. I'm very grateful for this. They are very accommodating and they work with you.
I'm also very impressed with how organized they are. I received an owner's manual in a binded folder and an explanation of how the system works. I will definitely do business with them in the future. They are a exemplary company of how a business should care for their customers.... read more
