I had a 10 panel solar system installed since Feb 2018. I made my last payment paid in full in August 8 2018. As of today I haven't received any of the three items which were listed in our contract. I was promised a WIFI Nest thermostat, a duct seal inspection., and a 250 dollar Visa gift card. I have made numerous calls to Celeste Diaz, the customer service manager and have even made a BBB complaint, and reported them to both the Texas Attorney General and the AZ Attorney General which is in the process of this investigation. I would not hire this company for any jobs since they are a bunch of liars and they are a bunch of scammers. They will not help you with any tech support once the system is running.
