Just got our system running August 27, 2018. Lots of frustration & delays. Took almost 3 months to get the system operating. Nikii Cauley was been very good about calling and asking if everything was good but once she passed information off to get something done, the reaction time was very frustrating. Have only had the system running for about 2 weeks, so we are unsure of the promised monitoring of our system. After reading other reviews we are unsure.
