We had a power outage and since then we have not been producing any solar energy. We are still being charged $250 a month even though I was told we would be charged by the production quantities. My report shows 0 kw for the last two months and I have had to pay $500 not to mention my PSEG bill has been much higher than normal both of these months. The solar company does not have the man power to assist and it has been dragging on. Every time I call they say they will contact me in 3-5 business days or I need to reach back out to them in 3-5 business days for answers. They never contact me and every time I call back it is like I am starting over from scratch.... read more
