Blue Raven Solar

Our situation was a bit unusual since we got permitted before completing some roof work that needed to be done prior to installation. Overall, our experience with Blue Raven has been very good except for one significant issue. While we were getting our roof work completed (needed to happen before we could install solar) we found out that Blue Raven had cancelled our account. Apparently, this was an accident, but it created quite a hassle for us until we got our sales guy, Erik Rasmussen, back in the picture. He really helped to get things back on track for us. So, 4 months after finding out our account had been canceled, we finally got the panels installed and the quality of installation was superb. Our crew from Idaho Falls (Mark, Austin, and Levi) were very professional, hardworking, and the solar panels look awesome. They also did a great job with the installation of the electrical panels. We still have to get hooked up with Rocky Mountain Power, so we still have to see how our panels perform, but we are very pleased with the financial package we got and our installation experience.... read more
