I researched several other companies and was close to choosing a competitor when I discovered Mass Renewables through solarreviews.com. Since they were the highest rated company in Mass., I delayed my decision, got a quote from them, and ended up choosing them to install our system. Their pricing was highly competitive; they offered high quality products; and they were responsive in designing the system we wanted. Every person in the company we dealt with--salesman, installers, even phone receptionist--was knowledgable, respectful, courteous, and straight forward. Every step of the process was clear. Every deadline was met on time. The quality of the service has been exceptional in every regard. We have neighbors who chose a different company at about the same time, and I was surprised and interested to see our installation actually looks better from outside. The Mass Renewables installers were better craftsmen and clearly took pride in their work. We couldn't be more pleased, and to top it off, the owner of the company himself came to deliver the warranties and provide additional information about the system and signing up for SRECs.
