Bright Solar Panel (working with consulting firm, which sold me: solarconsultinginc.com) promised me that I will receive certain level of energy. Instead, I'm receiving way LESS than the promised (official written promise). I have contacted them multiple times and they are promising to do something but doing NOTHING. At this stage, I believe I am being *duped* and put it simply, this is the case of fraud. I need to figure out my options (advise would be appreciated).
