I recently have had Semper Solaris install a new roof and solar system on my house. I would like to take this opportunity to express what a pleasure it was to have Ms. L. Poirier, the Semper Solaris representative present the companies approach to installing a new roof and solar panels. Ms. Laura Poirier demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of removal of our old roof including all of the precautions that the company would take as well as provided us a wide selection of roofing options including a description of their respective advantages and disadvantages. Ms. Poirier went over the stages of the of the roof installation process and how long each stage would take. The roofers who were assigned to the job were a marvel of efficiency and approached their demanding work with a goal toward early completion the roof. Before we selected Semper Solaris as our contractor my wife and I had talked to several roofers/solar installers and not one of the roof/solar presentations matched her professionalism and in-depth familiarity with roof/solar products available. Ms. Poirier’s presentation was thoughtfully put together and surprisingly included samples and stage models of interim products for clear visualization of staged work products. It was truly impressive. Each of Ms. Poirier’s view graphs was put together with great care with an intent to demonstrate how the company and its personnel knew every facet of their business and truly deserved our consideration. I have been an electronics/system engineer for the US Navy for over 47 years and I can unequivocally state that Ms. L Poirier’s presentation was one of the best presentations that I have ever seen, and in my career as a Command and Control systems engineer for the US Navy I have participated in a lot of presentations for proposed government contracts.
