Feb 28- Signed the documents to install the solar panels.
It is May 29th the solar panels have been installed but still waiting for them to be turned on.... They came to inspect the panels but they didn't pass the 1st inspection.
Ann Turner,Quality Assurance Analyst, has been amazing in responding to my calls and e-mails. I am able to email her anytime I have a question on the progress report throughout this process since my solar consultant no longer works for the company. Ms. Turner has been a vital part in keeping me updated and informed. She states tomorrow is my final inspection and contingent upon passing inspection my system should be turned on.
