The process was easy and the results are gratifying! Brent answered my myriad questions, came up with a quote that compared very favorably with quotes I'd received from other companies, then expedited the contracting and permitting process. My experience with The Solar Quote was terrific.
I signed a contract five weeks ago, and today the solar panels on my roof are running PG&E's electric meter backwards! Customer Service Rep Brent Lee was easy to reach and talk to whenever I had a question. Never any pressure to make a deal. It was his product , information and demeanor that closed the sale. The four-person installation team, led by Carlos, arrived on time, their work was fast, efficient and neat, they were courteous, and they cleaned up the work site when they were done. All communications with others at The Solar Quote (Amanda, Victoria, the project inspector and Bob) were helpful, pleasant and productive. Things got done when they said they would. There were no glitches, surprises or hidden costs.
