An all round positive experience. The sales person Stephanie was very clear, candid, direct and she let her product sell itself. There was no pressure to purchase. The installers were very professional and so was the office staff. All questions were answered candidly. Staff were willing to answer questions and if they were unable to do so; they directed your call to the appropriate individuals.
