Black Platinum Solar

John Black is first a master electrician adept within all standard and solar codes and rules but also fully understanding the theory on which they are (or should be!) based.
Client relations and respect have proven to be top notch with everyone on the BP team. A good contractor is a busy contractor but when my job had issues, I heard only of continuing effective actions, never of delays and excuses.
After reviewing detailed proposals from two of the so-called top solar companies I received from BP a better system design for my money than expected, and the city approvals, install and follow-up were even better. The install workmanship and appearance are outstanding.
I have delayed this report until some problems occurred and not surprised that the BP team gives appropriate priority even to just one inverter/panel performing erratically. With one of the big companies, I would not even have the visibility of such problems, much less any assurance whether or when they would be dealt with.
