Almost 3 years since the system was installed by Bill. I'm a happy camper. Glad I went with Bill. (I did shop around .. 5 contenders to choose from). Dealing with Bill was a pleasure on all fronts. From proposal to installation and post-install support. Always quick to respond to any e-mail/voice message/text message. Never left me hanging. Being a total novice to solar, I sure did have a lot of questions before, during, and after install. He'd explain in detail for me even seemingly the most obvious aspect of the project.
