Upon signing our contract our Rep Charlie did a awesome job breaking down the info and making it easy to understand. The company helped us with finance, the 0 money down was huge seller and the CPS rebate applied right away. The customer service is top notch! I love how on top of things they are. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because the communication between the company, myself and CPS could of been better. We struggled a bit to get the panels turned on which was a let down since we were anxious to see savings. Remember it's not instant but comparison is the key! Give it time to show you what it can do and keep a close eye on your bars from last year to this. Although it will take time to pay off the panels we can't wait until they are officially ours. To give an idea of our summer savings in Texas summer instead of $300 for our 2 story it was $120! We love our panels, we love this company and we love our savings!... read more
