Robert was our salesman and he explained everything very well, with diagrams and always following up with me. Installation was quick and smooth. They worked on my schedule which was very helpful. Tiffany was great at organizing the operation, and always emailing me day and night. After the project was completed NRG sent out Robert to quality control.
