Overall experience was excellent from pre-sales through installation to post sales support!
When I decided to seriously look into solar, I had some reservation based on war stories I heard from other people's experiences with solar companies, but I really wanted to get control over my electric bills and gain some level of energy independence. I shopped solar with a few different companies and I was particularly impressed with Revolusun's professionalism, depth of knowledge and consultative approach. They answered all my questions, provided lots of information and detail on what I could expect in my home. They were very credible and gave me the comfort level and confidence to go forward with solar and with Revolusun.
Their products are best-in-class and so are the warranties - the best I could find. The installation went smoothly and quickly and their install team was courteous and neat. The final product on the roof looks great!
The communication was tight throughout the entire process. They laid out the timeline and kept me in the loop every step of the way - no surprises.
