We had a few issues along the way but Boston Solar stepped up each time to promptly make it right. Very good outfit. I liked that they assigned a project manager to traffic cop the logistics and she kept me well informed on a timely basis throughout the process and was very responsive to any questions or issues I raised. She was my primary contact once the sales process was completed and was very effective in expediting and problem solving. Our electrical inspector and municipal light plant gave the highest marks for the installation and they said it set the bar for the level of quality they would like to see in all solar installations in the town.
