I had a quote from another company and they just rushed everything~! it was a chop shop and then Mark came by and he listened to our needs and found a solution to get more solar for less money. Good thing I put an out clauuse for the first week in the chop shops paperwork. American Solar Enwergy also had way better financing options than the chop shop did. So all in all it was a good process and the system was installed quickly - it only took a few days to install all 60 panels and the hybrid water heater. It has been about what we expected as far as production ove rthe first 2 years. It is fun in the beginning to see the credits come in.
