My friend and coworker initially awakened me about the need for solar power and the good experience he had had with this company. I called them, and we have had nothing but excellent interactions with every member. Tom Ferraro has been very helpful in sitting down and discussing all aspects of the system with us before, during, and after installation. Fred Baker has been helpful in getting all the permits and smoothing the process so that we have had to do very little leg work to get it accomplished. Riccardo and the installers have been very polite, efficient, and neat, and they were intent on not disturbing the function of our household during the installation.I can't give you any negative feedback and the system works as well as advertised. I could even monitor my solar function on a recent trip to the Czech Republic by dialing up the online service. These are very professional people and I recommend them very highly.... read more
