So far everything is well and good experience. And thanks a lot, it got installed before the triple digits hit us, I know it made the difference during these past few weeks where the the A/C had to run 24/7.
The people are so far are very receptive. The costumer service always been nice and courteous. The Engineer is so far straight forward and able to answer my inquiries. I'm still waiting for at 2 billing cycles so I could really see how much the impact is from having it vs not, then I'll update my review.
The only thing I don't like so far is that to get the company's extra discounts, you have to listed as referral source with your phone number being potentially be called by prospective customers to ask your insights.
