We were given false information and lied to as to expectations of solar production and electric bills. Our salesmen promised $25 electric bills if we installed 72 solar panels with a perfect southern exposure. This has not happened. We were promised meticulous monitoring for performance and a great warranty to repair any faults in the system. This has not happened. Bills have been $250-300 monthy plus a $377 lease payment totalling $90,000 + over 20 years. Great deal huh?? Be careful when given unrealistic expectations on exorbitant systems.... read more
