New Star Solar has been wonderful to work with. I normally do not speak with solicitors but when Austin approached me in my front yard there was something about him that made me take the time to talk with him. I decided "what the heck" and set up an appointment for a sales person to contact me. I then meet with Matt. He was so nice. He was very patient with me and my questions and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. I felt he was being very honest with me and I'm sure as much as he wanted the sale (as most sales people do) he did not make me feel pressured at all to buy solar panels. Because of Matt's non pressure sales approach I made the decision then and there to go for it and it has been a positive experience from start to finish. Every person I have worked with from New Star has been wonderful. I had one small incident where a sprinkler pipe was nicked when they had to dig a hole in my flower bed, and it was leaking. I sent a message to Matt and he was on top of it. The next day the owner was in my area and he stopped by and fixed the pipe and even went so far as to secure the pipe for me to make it sturdier.
If you are looking for a solar company I would highly recommend New Star Solar, you wont be sorry!
