I installed Vivint 2 years ago. Just got my true bill from PG&E. It was for $1600. Turns out these fools at Vivint were not monitoring my system which was producing nothing from June last year till June this year. This is after changing my inverter once. Best part is they have been charging my credit card monthly. What a bunch of thieves. Customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. These guys need to be shut down.... read more
