Our installer, Ian, worked patiently with us to select, size and design the best system for our needs. He also helped us work through all of the TVA, and local power company paperwork to get us set up to sell energy back to the grid AND get us a grant from the USDA. The installation was quick, clean and completely painless for us as homeowners. The exterior panels, meters, and all of the indoor equipment were installed professionally and look sharp. He has also spent lots of time fine-tuning our particular set-up for optimal operation. We simply could not be more pleased to have found GTRE and would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a solar system. We have been experiencing a few nuisance surge protector shut-offs. Our installer found a loose factory-installed wire inside the inverter box - hopefully this will solve it. Otherwise, the system seems good and the led panel is easy to read and pretty fun to analyze in the evening. The fan is quite loud, but that's to be expected.... read more
