Robert was professional and punctual. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and politely. His knowledge of the sun power monitoring software and client software was amazing. Nothing major, but Pacific Sky Solar did not send me the login info for the monitoring system, luckily for me Robert's customer skills are above par and he personally went to the office to retrieve that login info for me; talk about service.... read more
