From beginning to end, the entire process was worth the cost, time and effort on our part. The highlights are customer service, professional installation, and meeting our needs. We challenged Auric to find a way to install the panels without impinging on our neighbors property (we live in a town home and the meter is outside our neighbors front door - also concerned that wires might go over the neighbor's roof or attic space).
